Sermac has considerable experience in the rubber sector, thanks to the skills acquired in over 20 years of collaboration with companies in the local industrial district, specialized in rubber processing, as well as with numerous international partners operating on a global scale.
Specific ovens for post-curing and vulcanization treatments of rubber, rubber-metal, sponge rubber, silicone, viton, o’ring, etc.
OVEN TYPE CDTM RUBBER – T.max: 260°C
Static ventilated chamber ovens, proposed in the “Rubber” version, with specific accessories for post-curing and vulcanization treatments. Possibility of inserting trolleys with trays, baskets, etc. from the floor.
Ovens range from 600 to 10,000 liters and over.
Laboratory Ovens type TR.4-BL – T.max: 300°C
Ovens for scientific laboratories and manufacturing laboratories. Very versatile and suitable for small or medium production lots. Supplied with specific perforated sheet trays for the post-curing treatment of technical articles in rubber, silicone, etc.
Ovens range from 60 to 1,050 liters.
Rotating ovens type CDTM COMBY- T.max: 260°C
CDTM range ovens in “Rubber” version and supplied with trolley equipped with rotating basket. The thermal cycles appropriately performed with these ovens ensure the best homogeneity, flatness and straightness on rounded pieces such as o’ring, caps, sealing gaskets, etc.
Ovens range from 1,000 to 3,000 liters.
Rotating ovens type DR1 – T.max: 250°C
Rotary ovens (kilns) for accurate post-curing treatments of very small printed pieces in synthetic and natural rubber, silicone, viton, polyurethanes, etc. The maximum homogeneity of the temperature combined with the rotary drum system permit to obtain excellent flatness, straightness, concentricity of all the treated pieces.
Ovens range with the volume of the rotating drum from 75 to 300 liters
Rotating ovens type DM Plus – T.max: 250°C
Rotary ovens for post-curing of rubber, viton and silicone articles. Best uniformity, flatness and straightness on the treated pieces.
Ovens range from 350 to 1,000 liters (drum volume).
Tunnel ovens type AIR JET – T.max: 250°C
Ovens for high production extrusion lines. Modular structure for rubber – silicone profiles and for all materials in general.
Smoke filtration and exhaust system type MISTRAL 147
Filtering system for processing/abatement of fumes and dust from industrial processes. Well suited to capture and filter oily or powdery substances.
Software
Sermac software systems are highly appreciated by companies in the rubber sector: ability to manage up to 12 ovens with a single software; monitoring tools; archiving and reporting of the thermal cycles carried out; remote assistance etc.
Maintenance service
Post curing treatments on rubber items release high quantities of residues in the chamber and in the air passage channels, sometimes aggressive towards the insulating gaskets, causing potential safety problems, energy and efficiency losses, pollution. The scheduled maintenance service, every year or every six months, is essential in this sector to keep the oven efficient, prevent production stops, and ensure the safety of operators and the environment.
