Electric ovens for heat processing with max. temperature of 220°C
Ventilated electric ovens for medium temperatures with floor-level access for trolleys, baskets, cages, pallets, containers, etc. Option to insert removable tray-shelves (on request).
The MT series ovens lend themselves to a varied series of processes such as, for example, the treatment of abrasive materials; thermoforming of plastic materials; heat shrink ovens; ovens for drying and polymerization of paints. The thermoforming of plastic or PVC pipes allows to stabilize the more complex shapes, through the use of specific moulds.
Ovens for wood heat treatment, which through a drying process allows to modify its physical and mechanical properties, improving its strength and durability.

- Layered air circulation for an even distribution of the heat and air throughout the oven chamber which accelerates the heating of the product and controls the cooling phase.

USES AND APPLICATIONS
Thanks to the possibility of working efficiently and uniformly at medium treatment temperatures, the MT range includes ovens for the treatment of plastic materials, which are increasingly subjected to heat treatments, for example stress relieving, in order to improve their characteristics or make them suitable for subsequent processing.
The oven is used, for example, to make acrylic sheets malleable and subject them to subsequent processing.
The MT range, with suitable modifications for connection to the customer’s vacuum pump system, makes these ovens suitable for the treatment of composite materials in bags. For example, details in composite materials based on carbon fibers etc.
This range includes ovens for preheating the moulds, which are heated before being mounted on the press, in order to reduce production times.
