The Explorer software, are continuously updated and implemented with the latest technologies. They range from single oven control systems to the possibility of monitoring up to 12 ovens via PC connected to the company network.
These systems allow 360 degree monitoring in real time. Creation and customization of thermal cycles with combination with specific items, use of tools with bar-code technology, production of reports with data and graphics relating to the treatments carried out It is possible to monitor the energy consumption of the ovens, and with a view to predictive maintenance, plan periodic interventions with Sermac staff, based on the hours of actual use of the individual oven.
Remote assistance allows quick intervention for troubleshooting or simple assistance. Finally, the EXPLORER App, allows the Customer at any time and wherever he is, to virtually access his own Ovens department and monitor the situation.
