REVAMPING SERVICE OF OBSOLETE OVENS
Revamping service of obsolete ovens Overhaul service for obsolete ovens. Replacement of faulty heating elements, ventilation system, gaskets, structural interventions and replacement of insulation, general adaptation to current regulations.
Coating, oven cleaning detergents, additives
COAT 6.0.03: Used as a protective treatment on silicone gaskets, o’ring; to protect stainless steel from contact corrosion etc.
FLK-9: oven cleaning detergent: detergent designed for the thorough cleaning of industrial ovens.
M-Lube 7 Additive for Mistral 147: lubricant additive for Mistral 147 filtration system, with anti-limescale and anti-freeze function. Regularly added to the water circulating in the system, it allows a better functioning of the system and a longer life of the filters. Supplied in 5 liter cans.
Instrument calibration certification
Periodic verification of thermal control tools. Heat balance control in different areas of the oven. Services on SERMAC ovens and those of other manufacturers
Oven rental service
SERMAC has a well-organised ” oven rental service” that adapts to customer requirements with rental options: short-term (weekly), medium-term (monthly), leasing, with the possibility of a subsequent buy-back.
